ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and people-first professional to join Frisson Creative’s talent division. As Talent & Outreach Manager, you will be working alongside the Head of Talent, nurturing relationships, identifying brand partnership opportunities, and closing deals that work for both talent and brand.
 

You’ll work closely with the Head of Talent to grow the portfolio, develop long-term strategies for individual creators, and ensure every partnership delivers genuine value. This role requires someone who is proactive, articulate, commercially sharp, and passionate about the creator economy within sport.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Management


Phase 1 of the Role

  • Understanding our roster of creators and identifying key brands for them to partner with.

  • You will work on brand outreach, creating internal documents and identifying gaps in the talent roster to fill with upcoming/established talent.

  • Assist in sourcing brands and agencies to pitch our influencer marketing offering too


​Phase 2 of the Role

  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for your own group of talent on the Frisson portfolio, building strong and trusted relationships with each creator.

  • Advise talent on content strategy, brand positioning, audience growth, and monetisation opportunities

  • Support creators in managing their professional profile, online presence, and public-facing communications

  • Continue to proactively identify new talent to onboard to the Frisson portfolio

  • Work alongside the Head of Talent to implement and execute influencer marketing strategies with agencies and brands

  • Onboard new signings and manage the full lifecycle of the talent relationship from initial contact through to long-term management


​Brand Outreach & Deal Negotiation

  • Proactively identify, approach, and develop relationships with brands, agencies, and rights holders who are a strong fit for Frisson’s talent roster

  • Pitch talent to relevant brands with tailored proposals, showcasing audience data, content quality, and campaign potential

  • Assist on brand partnership agreements, sponsorships, and paid campaign deals on behalf of talent

  • Manage the full commercial pipeline from first contact through to signed contracts, campaign delivery, and reporting

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, and to a high standard


​Strategy & Growth

  • Work with the Head of Talent to develop and execute a growth strategy for the Frisson talent and marketing division

  • Track market trends in influencer marketing, the creator economy to identify new opportunities

  • Maintain detailed records of outreach activity, deal pipelines, and partnership performance using CRM tools

  • Prepare and present regular reports on talent activity, deals in progress, and revenue performance

  • Support the development of rate cards, pitch materials, and media kits for talent across the portfolio

ABOUT YOU

Essential

  • Proven experience in talent management, influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or a closely related field

  • A highly driven, self-starter attitude — you identify opportunities and act on them without being asked

  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills; you are naturally personable, confident, and trustworthy

  • Strong commercial instincts and experience negotiating and closing deals

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to pitch compellingly to brands and agencies

  • Knowledge of and genuine passion for social media and the creator economy

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple talent relationships and

    commercial threads simultaneously

  • Keen interest in social media and design

  • Familiarity with Adobe & Google Workspace programmes

  • Based in our Kingston upon Thames offices


​Desirable

  • Existing network of influencers, creators or brands

  • Experience using CRM or outreach tools (e.g. HubSpot, Notion, or similar)

  • Understanding of influencer marketing metrics, audience analytics, and campaign reporting

  • Experience working within a talent agency, sports agency, or digital marketing environment
