ABOUT THE ROLE

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start their career in influencer marketing. Working alongside the Head of Talent, you'll help manage relationships with creators, identify potential brand partnership opportunities, database management, prepare outreach emails, and respond to incoming campaign enquiries.

You'll gain hands-on experience across all areas of talent management, learning how to connect creators with brands, support campaign delivery, and contribute to the growth of our talent roster. We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised, eager to learn, and passionate about the creator economy.

This role would suit a recent graduate or someone at the beginning of their career who wants to develop their commercial, communication, and relationship management skills within a fast-growing industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Talent Management


Phase 1 of the Role:

  • Learn our creator roster and identify relevant brand partnership opportunities.

  • Support brand outreach through research, pitch emails, and sales materials.

  • Manage and respond to incoming talent and campaign enquiries.

  • Monitor influencer marketing and creator economy trends to spot new opportunities.

  • Maintain CRM records, outreach activity, and deal pipelines.

  • Assist with reporting on talent activity, campaigns, and revenue performance.

  • Help create rate cards, media kits, and pitch decks for creators.

 

Long-Term Growth Opportunities:

  • Manage creator relationships from onboarding through to long-term representation.

  • Support talent with content strategy, audience growth, and monetisation opportunities.

  • Help creators develop their personal brand and professional profile.

  • Assist with influencer marketing campaigns and brand partnerships.

  • Become the primary contact for a portfolio of creators.

  • Continue building and nurturing brand relationships.

  • Support the negotiation of sponsorships and commercial partnerships.

  • Manage campaigns from outreach and contracting through to delivery and reporting.

ABOUT YOU

Essential

  • Keen interest in social media.

  • Eagerness in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or a closely related field.

  • A highly driven, self-starter attitude — you identify opportunities and act on them without being asked.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills; you are naturally personable, confident, and trustworthy.

  • Strong commercial instincts.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Knowledge of and genuine passion for social media and the creator economy.

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage commercial threads and conversations simultaneously.

  • Based in our Kingston upon Thames offices.


​Desirable

  • Familiar in working with influencers, creators or brands.

  • Understanding of influencer marketing metrics, audience analytics, and campaign reporting.

  • Experience working within a talent agency, sports agency, or digital marketing environment.

  • Familiarity with Adobe & Google Workspace programmes.
