We are looking for a talented and cricket-passionate Content Creator to join our team and bring our leading franchise cricket team to life across digital and social media platforms. This is hands-on and will see you embedded at grounds, training sessions, and match days throughout the U.K., capturing and crafting compelling content that connects fans with the sport across red and white ball formats.

You will be responsible for the full content lifecycle, from ideation and filming on location, through to editing, (working with our design studio), and publishing, across our clients brand channels. If you live and breathe cricket, have a sharp creative eye, and thrive in a fast-paced sporting environment, this is the role for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Film, direct, and produce high-quality video content at matches, training sessions, and events across U.K/global franchise sides and county cricket teams

  • Shoot photography that captures the energy, personalities, and drama of franchise cricket

  • Edit video and photo content to a professional standard using industry-standard tools

  • Work with our studio team to design graphics, thumbnails, motion graphics, and branded assets for use across social media and digital platforms where relevant

  • Develop creative concepts and storyboards that align with each client’s individual identity and tone

Social Media & Publishing

  • Post content across brand channels including Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, and Facebook

  • Write engaging copy, captions, and scripts that speak authentically to local cricket audiences

  • Maintain content calendars and deliver against scheduled publishing plans

  • Monitor content performance and apply data-driven insights to improve future output

  • Stay on top of social media trends and adapt formats quickly (where relevant) to maximise engagement

Travel & On-Site Coverage

  • Travel across the United Kingdom to cover matches, tournaments, and team activities

  • Work flexibly around match schedules, including evenings and weekends during the cricket season

  • Act as an on-the-ground representative of Frisson, maintaining professionalism in all team environments

Collaboration & Brand

  • Work closely with the marketing and communications team to ensure all content is on-brand and strategically aligned

  • Collaborate with players, coaches, and club staff to develop authentic behind-the-scenes and feature content

  • Support campaign creation and activation around key moments in the cricket calendar

  • Comfortable operating camera equipment, gimbals, and audio kit in live sporting environments

  • Based in the United Kingdom with a valid driving licence and willingness to travel nationally

  • Ability to commute to our Kingston upon Thames office 3-4 days per week during the off-season

  • Design experience

  • Experience with drone operation (CAA A2 CofC or equivalent) is a bonus

  • Photography skills alongside video production

  • Knowledge of the U.K. franchise cricket landscape and its teams and fan communities
